  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to your package.

  Place the unworn, unwashed garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Receive Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
